PUBG Mobile is undoubtedly one of the most famous battle royale mobile video games in the world. And with the growing popularity, the game also faces various challenges. One of the difficulties is facing some users who are trying to play the game using third-party apps and other creative hacks. PUBG mobile is already loaded with several in-game features to restrain such players. However, the gaming company is now taking more stringent measures to weed out such users. Recently, the makers of the game announced some new policies that may stop cheaters from playing the game for a very long time.

In the recent press release, Tencent Gaming announced a 10-year ban for the players caught using unauthorized apps, hacks, or any other cheating method. This step is taken because the cheating practices ruin the experience of other players. Also, In-case, any player encounters any cheater, there is an option to report that player in the in-game reporting system that notifies the response team. That special response team will ensure strict action against the reported player. The activities even include publishing the User IDs of confirmed cheaters, according to Tencent.

However, the company has already started implementing bans on several PUBG players. The tweet by the company also has the link in which the banned accounts are made public by the company. According to reveled records by the company, the team has already banned 3500 players who were found cheating till September. And, all the players are now banned for 10 years, which is like a lifetime in the cyber world. This isn’t the first time the company has taken such steps; in December 2018, the company banned around 30,000 accounts for cheating.
